About the Author

Jaci McReynolds helped facilitate the #HealthierMO grassroots initiative to develop Missouri's Foundational Public Health Services model from 2017 - 2019. The model was approved by the #HealthierMO Executive Committee in December 2019 and was adopted in 2020 by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS). McReynolds has continued to develop and deliver educational materials, coaching, and training to support agencies across Missouri as they work to operationalize the model in public health practice.  This training module was developed in partnership with the Office of Public Information and the Center for Local Public Health Services at DHSS.
